$1 a ticket. 70% goes back to players, posted public. Every roll is committed before you touch the foil.
Demo pays bragging rights only. Paid tickets pay liquid Solana assets — on-chain.
TBA — launching on pump.fun (Solana)The CA will appear here the minute $SHAV deploys. Anything you see elsewhere before that is fake.
Nothing here is a secret except which card is yours.
The full prize table is on this page and in the docs. 70% goes back to players. The ticket at your corner store returns 60-65% and shows you nothing.
The server seed hash is published before your card exists. The result is settled server-side before the canvas is even drawn — the scratching is theatre over a decided outcome.
Hot and cold pool wallets are published. Coverage ratio is displayed live, not in a quarterly report. Below 1.5x, PRISM sales pause automatically.
Three tiers. One odds table. No pay-to-win.

* PRISM jackpot pays from the progressive pot. Below the cap, the jackpot equals the live pot, always disclosed on screen.
Every odd, printed. Like a kiosk placard — but true.
Physical scratch tickets return roughly 60–65% and the table is printed nowhere the buyer will ever read it.
10 zonks in a row → the next card always pays at least money-back. The luck meter is on screen, not a hidden mercy rule.

PROGRESSIVE JACKPOT — 5% of every ticket feeds the pot. It only goes up until someone hits it.
We don't ask you to trust the server. Ask your own browser.
Every card gets a permanent verify page. It does not query us for a verdict — it recomputes the roll locally from four public inputs and prints both hashes side by side. Copy them into any language and you get the same number.
SHA-256 of the server seed is published before the seed is ever used.
HMAC-SHA256(serverSeed, clientSeed:nonce) → a number in [0,1).
Every 24h or 10,000 cards, the seed retires and is revealed in full.
Anyone can replay every historical card from that seed. Forever.
Illustration of the verify page — ships with the app in phase 03.
The number a sceptic actually cares about, on the front page.
Capped daily float. Funds every automatic payout under $100.
Published at phase 03 — not yet funded.
Multi-signature reserve. Holds the bulk of the prize pool.
Published at phase 03 — not yet funded.
Coverage ratio = (hot + cold pool) ÷ outstanding player balances. Target floor 1.5x. Below it, PRISM sales pause automatically.
Ten assets. A second scoreboard for a losing week.
Every prize is drawn from a fixed board of liquid Solana assets, picked deterministically from the same roll — so the verify page reproduces the asset too. Collect all ten and the badge is permanent, cosmetic, and shown on every card you share.
It buys no odds. Nothing on this site buys odds.
The split is public, like everything else here.
The posted 70% — back to players. Never touched for ops.
Feeds the pot until someone hits 500x.
Prize-asset inventory, infrastructure, support. The only house margin.
$SHAV bought on the market and burned, on-chain.
Launch policy: 100% of creator fees seed the prize pool for the first 30 days.

THE HOLDER TIER — 10M $SHAV (1% of supply). One threshold, no ladder.
The token buys volume and access. Never luck.
Pay for tickets in $SHAV → a quarter more cards. Half the tokens you spend are burned. 2x would be insolvent, so we don't offer it.
3 free FOIL cards a day (capped $1 each), PRISM tier unlocked, a 10-minute head start on restocks, holder badge. Sell below 10M and perks pause. No staking, no lock-up.
Every big winner leaves holding the token — distribution through play, not promises.
10% of every ticket becomes a market buy and a burn. Special edition cards are $SHAV-only and burned in full.
Ship order, not ship maybe.

FAQ
Neither half asks for trust. The roll is HMAC-SHA256 of a server seed whose hash was published before your card existed, so the verify page recomputes it inside your own browser — not on our server. The money side is on-chain: the pool wallets are public, so you can check solvency yourself at any moment.
A prize fixed in USD at the moment of the roll, paid in a liquid Solana asset — BONK, WIF, JUP, POPCAT, PENGU, FARTCOIN and others on the board. If routing that swap would move the market more than 2%, the prize pays in SOL at the same USD value instead, and the card says so.
Because it is 70% and it is printed. Physical scratch tickets return roughly 60-65% and the table is printed nowhere the buyer will ever read it. Every game of chance keeps an edge — the difference here is that ours is a number on the front of the page rather than something you have to assume.
Pay for tickets in $SHAV and get 25% more cards, with half the tokens you spend burned. Hold 10M (1% of supply) for 3 free FOIL cards a day, the PRISM tier and a 10-minute head start on restocks. Odds are identical for everyone — the token buys volume and access, never probability.
Because paying out forty cents costs more attention than it is worth. Prizes accrue to your balance and you withdraw from $5 with zero fee. Deposits and payouts both stay on-chain and public — only the accounting in between is off-chain.
SHAVR is a game of chance with published odds. Rules differ by jurisdiction and it is your responsibility to comply with local laws. 18+ only, always.

Your corner store will never show you the odds. We print them on the front of the ticket and let you recompute every roll yourself.
